Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 15, 2026
Welcome to DownHome Movers Ltd. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
DownHome Movers Ltd. provides long-distance residential moving services and vehicle transport (automobiles, motorcycles, quads, and snowmobiles) from Newfoundland to Western Canada and other provinces. We do not perform local moves. We operate 7 days a week, serving all Canadian provinces except British Columbia.
2. Online Estimates
The estimates provided through our online "Estimates" form are free and carry no obligation. However, they are strictly estimates based on the accuracy of the inventory and details you provide. They do not constitute a binding contract or a final guaranteed price. Final pricing is determined upon official booking and assessment by our team.
3. User Responsibilities
When requesting an estimate or contacting us, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. DownHome Movers Ltd. is not responsible for pricing discrepancies or logistical issues arising from inaccurate inventory counts or omitted details (such as missing stair counts or undisclosed heavy items).
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, text, graphics, and images on this website are the property of DownHome Movers Ltd. and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to keep our website up-to-date and functional, DownHome Movers Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, any form submission failures, or reliance on the information provided herein. Actual moving liability is covered under separate, official moving contracts provided at the time of booking.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
